About Magda
I’m a communication expert with a passion for gender equality. Over the last 10 years, I worked as a reporter, in the EU institutions, in a startup and currently as a project lead in a non-profit with a focus on sustainability.

In my career, there were times where I felt lost and frustrated, I lacked support and a clear vision on what I really wanted to do professionally. That’s where the idea of this community first came from.
